This is a boat marina in the Mississippi River. Note the tall pilings. Those are so that when the river floods, the wharf can float up and down. You can see the height of the flooding by the coloration on the poles.
Also note in the background this Pyramid Arena. It is the worlds 6th largest pyramid in the world. It seats 20,000.
